Over on Criterion’s website they get different people – directors, musicians, etc. – to do their favorite Top 10 Criterion titles. Recently they asked Anthony Bourdain what his list would be and here it is.

I’ve only seen around half of the films he’s selected but I feel like the selections are very him. I suspect I will like all of these movies and am now dedicated to tracking them down and watching them. RIGHT NOW. Or, at least, soonish.

I have a ginormous brain crush on Anthony Bourdain. I wanna hang out and drink hard with that guy, hear stories of his travel and cooking and life. Although I doubt my liver could keep up with him, it would be a grand experience to try.
