Ugh, poor decisions. I’m adding French Fries, no Fried Food, to my list of things I’m not eating this month. I mean, you would think that would be an obvious, don’t need to say it, item on a list when someone is trying to not eat unhealthy things. Obvious unless you’re me apparently. Unless you’re me after 2 beers.
I’m not adding beer to my No list cause that would just be unrealistic. But still.
I ate french fries last night. And I was all like, they’re okay cause they’re not cheesy!
And then I went to bed with a lump of french fries in my stomach.
And woke up and there was still a lump of french fries in my stomach. A starchy lump of potato. In my stomach.
It was gross.
No more french fries. Or fried food.
Aw man, this means no onion rings too, doesn’t it? I love onion rings.
But I feel better when I’m not busy loving on onion rings.
In better food news, I finished cooking my veggie chili and man is it good. I cooked the hell out of that chili. It’s got pepper and sweet potatoes and heirloom tomato and carrots and red beans. And some other stuff. And my cajun seasoning plus red pepper and cinnamon. It’s delicious.
I’m making some green tea right now to warm myself up and get my afternoon caffeine kick. If I feel like a snack later, I have more grapes and pomegranate seeds. I love fall.
