Tonight I watched the sun set in the Pacific.
On Monday I begin to make my way east. I’ll head first to Phoenix to pick up Katie and from there we’re off to NYC by way of Connecticut. We have stops planned through Kansas and Nebraska and Missouri… Ohio and Pennsylvania… and so on. We’ll take a week for the drive. Then it will be a few days in New York for me before I say goodbye to Katie and head to Philly for wedding times. And then? From there? I don’t know.
I think I’ll find somewhere to watch the sun rise over the Atlantic.
On Monday the daily notebook returns. Prepare yourself. There’s more insanity to come.
